Andrew Macdonald

President and Chief Operating Officer
Andrew Macdonald is President and Chief Operating Officer at Uber, leading all business initiatives for the company across Mobility and Delivery, as well as cross-platform efforts like advertising, customer support, and the company’s autonomous vehicles strategy.
Previously, he led Uber’s mobility business in 70+ countries around the world, including ridesharing, taxis, micromobility, rentals, transit, high-capacity vehicles, and more. He joined Uber in 2012 as the company’s first General Manager for Toronto, and has since helped grow Uber into the largest mobility platform in the world.
Andrew currently serves on the board of directors of Maple Leaf Foods, the world’s first major carbon-neutral food company; Lime, which is delivering affordable and shared micromobility to cities around the world; and Careem, which is building the everything app for the greater Middle East.
Prior to Uber, Andrew was an entrepreneur and a management consultant with Bain & Company. Andrew studied undergraduate business at the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Jason is a Partner in CPS Capital, and leads the firm alongside Jeff Tung and Michael Arblaster.
Jason leads sourcing and transaction efforts and works closely with the firm’s management teams on value creation initiatives. Jason also leads the firm’s fundraising and investor relations functions.
Prior to CPS Jason was with Fiera Capital, joining the firm after its acquisition of CGOV Asset Management in 2018. Jason served as Partner with CGOV, and was a key player in growing the firm’s AUM from C$1B to C$5.5B over his tenure. Prior to CGOV, Jason was a lawyer with Rohmer & Fenn, practicing primarily corporate and commercial law and litigation.
Jason holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, and a JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.

Michael Tsourounis
Hazelview Investments
Managing Partner, Co-CEO and CIO, Private Real Estate
Michael joined Hazelview Investments in 2007 and currently serves as Managing Partner and Co-CEO. He also continues in his role as Chief Investment Officer where he oversees the leadership of the Private Real Estate platform, including all investment and development activities.
As Co-CEO, Michael is responsible for helping shape and drive the firm’s long-term strategy, working closely with teams across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Hong Kong to guide the performance and growth of Hazelview’s assets under management. Michael is also a member of the Investment Committee.
Michael is a member of Hazelview Investments’ Executive Committee, overseeing a team of investment professionals across multi-family investments, development, industrial, and credit strategies.
He has been involved in nearly $10 billion of real estate transactions across Canada and the United States, spanning all asset classes and development.
Michael is a graduate of Dalhousie University.
