Who We Are
BJRC Recruiting (BJRC Corp.) is a recruitment firm with offices in Toronto and Montréal. This policy explains how we handle personal information, under Canada’s federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and, in Quebec, Law 25.
What We Collect
When you use a form on this site: your name, email, phone, city, the role or practice you are interested in, your message, and your CV if you attach one. When we work with you on a mandate: your career history, the roles you are open to, and notes from our conversations. This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why We Collect It
To match candidates with mandates and contact them about them, and to answer employers who ask us to run a search. Your name and CV are never sent to a client without your consent, every time, company by company. We do not sell personal information.
Who Can See It
Our team, and the service providers that help us run the firm: our recruitment system (Bullhorn), our email and form delivery providers, and our website host. They handle your information only on our behalf.
Where It Is Stored
Our providers may store your information outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States.
How Long We Keep It
As long as it is useful to match you with mandates, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to the person below and we will answer within 30 days.
