What does a legal search cost?
BJRC Recruiting is a contingent firm: there is no fee to start, and you pay only when we find the right candidate and the search is complete.
How long does a legal search take?
You get a complete market map and candidate presentation within 10 business days. From there, timing depends mostly on how quickly interviews and approvals move on your side.
What if the hire does not work out?
Every placement comes with a guarantee, at no charge. Not satisfied? We find you a replacement.
Who actually runs my search?
Brady Jones, Founder and Managing Partner, and Neda Canario, Senior Vice President, Legal Recruitment. Both are former lawyers, and they lead our legal and compliance searches.
Do you work in French, in Montreal?
Yes. We recruit from two offices, Toronto and Montréal, and our Montréal team runs searches in French from the first call to the offer. Quebec is its own legal system, with its own bar and notaries. Neda Canario, Senior Vice President, leads our French-language searches. Meet the team.
