Emma is a Recruitment Consultant at BJRC Recruiting, where she helps organizations find the right talent while guiding candidates toward roles that truly fit. She believes in building relationships that go well beyond the placement.
Prior to joining BJRC Recruiting, Emma worked in executive search at both global and national firms, gaining broad experience across senior-level searches and a deep understanding of what drives successful, lasting placements.
Emma brings a warm, people-focused approach to every search, prioritizing genuine relationships over transactional ones. She takes the time to understand not only a candidate's experience, but what would make them feel truly fulfilled in a role. An insight that doesn't always come through on paper. For clients, this means candidates who are not only qualified, but genuinely well matched and more likely to stay and thrive long-term.
Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in International Development from Queen's University, along with a Certificate in Law and an Indigenous Canada certificate from the University of Alberta.
Outside of work, Emma teaches Pilates and enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
