Kaylee is a Director, Recruitment at BJRC Recruiting. After practicing as a Labour & Employment lawyer in downtown Toronto, she transitioned into recruitment, where she now specializes in full-cycle recruitment for Finance & Accounting and Legal & Compliance professionals.
Kaylee's strengths lie in building strong, long-term relationships and guiding both clients and candidates through every stage of the recruitment process. She works closely with stakeholders to coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, negotiate contracts, and finalize placements. Her legal background allows her to navigate complex hiring requirements and deliver high-quality candidates aligned with both technical and cultural needs.
Kaylee is a licensed lawyer and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. She is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. She completed her undergraduate degree at Western University and earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her nieces and her new puppy, Basil.
