Lindsay Maclachlan

Lindsay is a Senior Director at BJRC Recruiting. She manages all aspects of the executive search process across Canada.

Prior to BJRC Recruiting, Lindsay's career has been shaped by leading Marketing and Business strategy across a mix of public and private organizations, working within both corporate- and franchised-owned models. She has had the opportunity to support Canadian and global brands at different stages of growth, equipping her with a well-rounded perspective on how to scale effectively while staying true to the brand, profit and customer.

Having worked closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams, she understands firsthand the capabilities, mindset, and cultural alignment required for executives to succeed. This enables her to identify and attract talent not only based on experience, but on long-term impact and organizational fit.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, a routinized early-morning workout-goer, and curator of good old-fashioned fun for her three kids, husband, and extended family and friends.
