Neda is a Senior Vice President at BJRC Recruiting, where she leads executive legal search mandates for law firms and in-house legal departments across Canada. As a senior legal recruiter, she specializes in legal search and legal recruitment at the executive and senior leadership level, supporting organizations with complex and confidential hiring needs.
Prior to joining BJRC Recruiting, Neda managed the Associate and Student Programs for the Canadian offices of one of the world's largest law firms, where she led recruitment, talent management, and professional development initiatives. Earlier in her career, Neda worked as Legal Counsel at a national Canadian telecommunications company and as an Associate at a Seven Sister firm in Toronto.
Neda brings a unique and highly valued perspective to legal recruitment, drawing on her experience as a private practice lawyer, in-house legal counsel, and internal legal recruiter. This background allows her to efficiently identify top legal talent for clients while also guiding candidates through strategic career decisions. She works with clients nationwide and is bilingual, with experience supporting legal search mandates across Canada, including Québec.
Neda holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and an International B.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013. Outside of work, Neda enjoys travelling and hosting friends and family at her lively home, which she shares with her husband, two children, and two feline companions.
