As a Toronto-based finance recruiter, Patrick specializes in finance and accounting recruitment, working closely with organizations to build high-performing teams aligned with their business goals.
Prior to his career in recruitment, Patrick spent 10 years working in Corporate Strategy at two of Canada's largest pension funds. During this time, he was responsible for building Finance & Accounting teams and collaborating with multiple business lines across complex organizations. This first-hand industry experience enables Patrick to provide meaningful insight to both clients and candidates throughout the finance recruitment process.
Patrick has built a strong reputation for going above and beyond for his clients. By combining deep market knowledge, strong candidate relationships, and a consultative approach to finance and accounting search, he consistently delivers thoughtful, long-term hiring solutions. Patrick completed his undergraduate degree at Queen's University and earned his Master's degree from the University of Wales. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys running, squash, and early morning workouts, though his favourite way to spend time is with his wife and wonderful daughters.
